Important Guidelines for India Health Care Summit 2026 Registration:
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates.
  • Please wear your registration badge (Bar/QR coded) at all times in the conference area.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Students must submit a recommendation letter from the Head of the Department/Institute.
  • Always mention your registration number in all correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
  • Spot Registrations: Payments will only be accepted via cash or card. Delegate kits for spot registrations will be provided subject to availability.
  • Delegate kits will only be handed over to registered delegates.
  • Payment gateway charges: 3% for INR payments
  • The conference organizers are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, failed electronic communications, or undelivered correspondence.
